Accessibility statement
What we aim for
We want everyone to be able to find a role and apply at Prime Entertainment Group, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- You can use the whole site with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG AA colour contrast, in light and dark mode.
- Form fields have clear labels and error messages.
- Images have text descriptions and animations respect your reduced motion setting.
Known limits
Some parts may not yet be fully accessible. The office maps come from OpenStreetMap and may be hard to use with a screen reader, so we always show the address as text too. The chat assistant is automated and may not suit every assistive technology. Documents you upload, such as CVs, are not checked for accessibility.
Ask for help or another way to apply
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you would like to apply in a different way (for example by email, by phone or with adjustments to the interview process), email us at recruitment@primeentgroup.com. Tell us what you need and we will reply as soon as we can.
Reporting a problem
If you find an accessibility problem, please let us know at recruitment@primeentgroup.com. We review this statement regularly. Last reviewed: September 2026.
