Who we are

What we collect
When you apply we collect your name, contact details, CV, any documents you attach and your answers to the application questions. When you join our talent community we collect your name, email and area of interest.
How we use it
We use your information only to assess your application and to contact you about it. Your data is seen by our People team and the relevant hiring manager.
Our chat assistant uses AI to answer your questions about working at Prime Entertainment. We do not store your messages. To prevent abuse, we keep a short, anonymous record of when messages are sent, linked to a scrambled version of your internet address.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for the length of the recruitment process. If you ask us to keep your details for future opportunities we hold them for 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing recruitment@primeentgroup.com.
